Mayers Architecture provides the full menu of services necessary to support the development of multi-family housing. These include:

Pre-Development and Funding Support Services

  • Site Analysis: Zoning Review, Yield Analysis; Feasibility Studies, Assistance in developing Project Pro-formas
  • Development of graphic materials for fund raising
  • Assistance in training of supporters for “Speakers’ Bureaus”
  • Support/assistance in writing funding applications

Site and Building Design

  • Site planning, schematic design and design development, including interior, lighting, and signage design
  • Coordination with consultants
  • Construction documents, including specifications
  • Permit procurement, including coordination with public agencies
  • Bidding and negotiation assistance, including assistance in preparing RFQs, RFPs and bid notices, contractor selection, cost review, and construction contract review
  • Construction Services: Observation for conformance with design intent; submittal review, RFI’s and clarifications, change orders, review of payment requests, punch lists, certificate of substantial completion, final payment and closeout; nine and twelve month inspections

Renovation/Adaptive Re-use: In addition to typical steps outlined in “Building Design” above, we offer:
